Join us to hear some real life examples of the estate and income tax concerns our client's face in the current tax planning environment.  With the adoption of The American Taxpayer's Relief Act of 2012 and an increase in income tax rates, the focus of the conversation has shifted.  One size does not fit all.

In this discussion, you will learn:

  • How tax basis planning has become a large part of the conversation, and what should you be discussing with your client;
  • How income and estate tax rates impact where our client's decide to live and retire, and what you should be aware of and discuss with your client's considering a relocation;
  • The importance of income tax diversification in retirement; and
  • Other examples of estate and income tax strategies used by our presenters.
