Adam Metsch, founder and President of The College Advisor of New England, Inc.

R.E. Lorenzo, Metro West Regional Director

You’re invited to attend this extremely insightful session, lead by Adam Metsch and R.E. Lorenzo. Adam is the founder and President of The College Advisor of New England, Inc. with offices in Massachusetts and NY. Lorenzo is its Metro West Regional Director with offices located in Holliston. Since 1994 they have helped thousands of families through the college selection, admissions, financial, and decision-making process. Adam is a Certified Educational Planner which is the highest credential in the field of educational consulting, and he is a past Board member of the Independent Education Consultants Association, an international association comprising the top professionals in the field. To date, their team has personally visited over 500 college campuses nationwide. Their approach is to help students discover and understand what they want from their college experience - to develop their voice, broaden their perspective, and find the right schools where they can succeed, and that their parents can support. In addition to strengthening students options, they identify cost saving strategies and merit scholarships. They effectively address issues students and parents may not see objectively and offer solutions families may not have considered. This takes much of the anxiety out of the process and helps the college search become more of an adventure and less of a burden; all the while, saving families thousands of dollars in the process.

Anthony Bartlett, ChFC, CASL

Financial Planner, Financial Services Representative

A financial planner since 1991, Anthony Bartlett is a creative thinker who likes to go “outside the box.” He is passionate about the fact that people need to know about the many ways they can put money aside and grow it to achieve the things in life that are important to them. He wants to be sure they understand the changes and challenges of retirement and how they can prepare now to face them as they come. One of Anthony’s strongest assets is his ability to quickly transform even the most complex financial matters into concepts that are easily understood by his clients.

Entrusted with the responsibilities of building, coordinating, and protecting clients’ assets, Anthony begins with forging a relationship that has trust as its foundation. His process-driven approach is not motivated by products. Together with his clients, he creates a plan that is in sync with their core values, fundamental philosophy about money and what it can do for them. Only then does he recommend investment strategies that will help his clients achieve their goals.

His commitment to being at the very top of his field has elevated him to a number of management positions. In 2014 the National Society of Financial Service Professionals recognized Anthony’s professionalism when they elected him to the office of National Secretary. The position of National Secretary leads to President-elect and then President in 2016.

In addition, he has earned recognition for his experience in Practice Management Strategies and Social Security claiming strategies. He is often called upon to present workshops for financial planners on how to grow their practices and optimizing benefits for clients by employing all relevant strategies, including sometimes overlooked principles.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College and has his ChFC, CASL designations. His skills as a communicator make him a frequently requested speaker throughout the country in the areas of Business Succession Planning; Advanced Retirement & Estate Planning; Social Security Claiming Strategies; and Long Term Care Insurance.

Anthony resides in Northbridge, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
